OAD has released version 1.3.1 of the platform, introducing several improvements designed to make hiring workflows smoother and team management more flexible. The update focuses on reducing friction when managing team data and improving clarity inside surveys and hiring processes. The update is now live for all users.
What’s new in 1.3.1
Add existing team members to hiring workflows
Users can now include existing team members directly in hiring setups. This makes it easier to compare candidates with current team dynamics without re-entering data.
Add existing members when creating teams
When creating a new team, users can now select and add existing members instead of creating profiles from scratch.
Edit users directly from the user page
User information can now be edited directly within the user management page, making updates faster and reducing administrative friction.
Display email addresses on team pages
Team pages now display email addresses for members, providing clearer identification and easier team oversight.
Hiring and survey workflow improvements
Updated candidate email handling
Users can now update a hired candidate’s email when needed.
Separate survey status and matching score
Survey completion status and matching scores are now displayed as separate indicators, improving clarity when reviewing candidate progress and fit.
Removed resend for completed candidate surveys
Completed candidate surveys can no longer be resent, helping maintain data consistency once results are finalized.
Team health recheck notifications
Users will now receive notifications when it is time to recheck team health, helping teams keep insights current and actionable.
