I’m an existing client and can’t log in.Email support@oad.ai with your company name and the email address associated with your account. Our support team will get you back in within 4 business hours. For urgent access issues, flag it as “urgent” in the subject line.

I submitted the free audit but haven’t heard back.Check your spam folder first — our diagnostic email occasionally gets filtered. If it’s been more than 2 hours, email support@oad.ai with your name and the email you used to submit. We’ll sort it immediately.

I want to upgrade from Pilot to Pro. Who do I contact?Your Activation Manager will reach out before your 45-day pilot ends. If you’d like to move sooner, email support@oad.ai or reply directly to any email from your Performance Director — they’ll handle the upgrade same day.

Can I get a copy of the validation studies or compliance documents?Yes. Email support@oad.ai with your name, company, and which documents you need (validation brief, adverse impact report, technical manual, SOC 2 report, DPA). Most are available immediately — some require a signed NDA for enterprise clients.

I want to apply to the partner programme.Head to oad.ai/partners for the full application form. If you’d prefer to have a conversation first, email partners@oad.ai with a quick note about your practice and client base — we’ll respond within 1 business day.
