Do I need to demo OAD.ai to my clients?
No. Our Performance Directors handle the demo, Readout Call, pricing, and close. That holds whether you hand the deal over or stay on the calls to back us. You never need to know the product inside out.
What if my client doesn't sign right away?
Introductions are credited to you for 12 months. If a company you introduce signs within a year, even if they went quiet for months, the commission is yours. We track where every introduction came from.
Is there a conflict with other tools I recommend?
OAD.ai doesn’t replace ATS, CRM, or HRIS tools. It adds a behavioral intelligence layer those tools don’t have. In most cases it complements rather than competes with anything else in your client’s stack.
Can I white-label or co-brand the tool?
We don’t offer white-labeling or co-branding. OAD.ai is delivered and supported directly by our team, so your clients always get the full platform and our Performance Directors behind it.

What happens after you apply
How do I decide between 20% and 30%?Per deal, and it is entirely your call. Hand the introduction over and we run it from there, which pays 20%. Stay on the calls and back us with your relationship, which pays 30%. At both levels a Performance Director runs the process and closes, so the 30% is for your endorsement and the trust you already have, not for you selling on our behalf.
Is there a minimum number of referrals required?No minimums, no quotas, no exclusivity. You refer when it makes sense. If you go a year without a referral and come back with one, we’re happy to have you. This is designed to fit around your existing practice, not add pressure to it.
How is my referral tracked?You make a direct email introduction to our team, and we log the company against your account in our CRM. Any company you introduce stays credited to you for 12 months. We ask that you CC us on the introduction so the deal is logged correctly from day one.
When and how do I get paid?Commission is calculated on the contract value when a client’s first payment clears. You receive a monthly commission statement and payment via bank transfer within 60 days of the payment clearing. No invoice required from you, we initiate the payment.
What if a client I refer upgrades to a bigger plan?Commission is based on the Year 1 contract value at the time of signing. If a client upgrades mid-year, we’ll calculate your commission on the full first-year value of the upgraded contract. Year 2 renewals and expansions are not commissionable.
Can I refer a client who is already in conversation with OAD.ai?If the client hasn’t been previously registered in our CRM, yes, as long as the introduction genuinely came through you. We’ll verify deal history. If there’s any question, we discuss it with you directly. We don’t have a policy of clawing back commissions on technicalities.
