OAD.ai App Update 1.3: Enhanced Team Management and UI
Improvements
Today, we’re excited to release version 1.3 of the OAD.ai app, bringing
you powerful new features and refinements designed to make team
management smoother and your day-to-day experience even better.
Major Features:
– Team Survey Sending Popup Split: We’re preparing to separate existing
team members and new members in the survey sending popup for more
precise targeting. (Coming soon, not yet in production.)
– Fit and Gap Levels on Cards: Now you can instantly see Fit and Gap
levels directly on team member cards, giving you clearer insights at a
glance.
– Refined Team Member Removal: Removing team members just got
easier and more flexible. You can now remove members either from the
Team or the entire Organization directly on the Team page.
UI/UX Improvements and Bug Fixes:
– Hiring Page UI Overhaul: We’ve improved the ordering rules on the
Hiring page for better clarity: Hired members now appear first, followed
by higher scores, pending submissions, expired surveys, and canceled
surveys.
– Account Lock for Removed Users: Users removed from an
organization are now locked out from logging in or creating new accounts,
ensuring security and data integrity.
– Payment Failure UX: The logged-in page for users with payment issues
has been enhanced for a smoother experience.
– Copy Link Animation Fixed: No more glitches when copying links-
smooth and seamless every time.
– Survey Language on Dashboard Fixed: Language settings now display
correctly on your dashboard surveys.
– User Page UI Locked for Non-Editable Users: Users who cannot be
edited are now clearly locked on the user page to avoid confusion.
This update continues our commitment to delivering a seamless, intuitive
experience that empowers you to hire with confidence and manage your
teams effectively.
