The latest release connects OAD’s people intelligence directly into the tools HR teams already use, plus an updated health status statement.
August 25, 2026 – OAD, the people intelligence platform helping organizations hire and develop talent with greater precision, today announced its latest product update. The release marks a significant step in OAD’s platform strategy, bringing native integrations with three widely used workplace tools and making OAD data available where HR teams and people leaders are already working.
OAD Now Connects with Microsoft Teams, BambooHR, and Workable
This release introduces OAD’s first third-party app integrations, allowing organizations to embed people intelligence directly into their existing HR and communication workflows.
Microsoft Teams – OAD now connects with Microsoft Teams for communication, enabling teams to surface and share OAD insights without switching platforms.
BambooHR and Workable – OAD integrates with both BambooHR and Workable, two of the most widely adopted HR systems in the market. The integration works in both directions:
- Candidate and team member information can be imported directly from BambooHR and Workable into OAD, eliminating manual data entry and keeping records in sync.
- Candidates’ matching scores, fit and gap analysis, and OAD profiles are pushed back to BambooHR and Workable, giving hiring teams access to behavioral intelligence inside the tools where they make decisions.
- Team members’ work health status and OAD profiles sync to BambooHR and Workable, giving HR leaders a fuller picture of their workforce without leaving their system of record.
Updated Health Status Statement
This release also includes an update to OAD’s health status statement, reflecting the platform’s continued commitment to transparency around system performance.
