OAD (app.oad.ai) today announced version 1.2, a usability-focused release that makes it faster to set up hiring, easier to manage teams, and simpler to take action inside the product. The update is already rolled out to all users.
What’s new in 1.2
Prebuilt hiring templates
Users can start from predefined hiring templates instead of building everything from scratch, reducing setup time and friction.
Multilingual surveys (8 languages)
Surveys can now be sent in:
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Traditional Chinese
- Simplified Chinese
- Hindi
- Tagalog
- Dutch
Faster iteration without retakes
Users can change the ideal profile in an existing hiring setup, and scores recalculate automatically without requiring candidates to retake the survey.
Clearer team management
Users can now store each team member’s first name, last name, and position, making team views easier to manage and interpret.
Improved user invites
A redesigned invite page with more intuitive UI and flow.
UI and readability improvements
This release also includes multiple UX/UI upgrades aimed at reducing confusion and improving scanability, including:
- Clearer FitFinder questions so users know what to do immediately
- More instructive error messaging for conflict word selection
- Easier-to-read “Fits and Gaps” content
- More consistent naming logic across the product
- Improved secondary trait bar UI
- Improved left sidebar experience
- Refreshed Team Health Map UI
- More realistic demo record email addresses
- Notification email added for newly assigned team leads
