This update focuses on expanding self-serve capabilities for Pro users, improving the day-to-day experience for team administrators, and resolving several edge cases that affected reliability.
Team Member Report History Now Accessible
Administrators can now view report history for individual team members directly within the platform. This gives managers a clearer picture of assessment activity across their team without needing to navigate away or request data separately.
Pro Users Can Now Purchase Credits In-App
Pro users no longer need to leave the platform to add credits. The new in-app credit purchasing flow removes friction from one of the most common Pro user actions, keeping teams moving without interruption.
Improved Left Navigation Menu
The left navigation menu has been redesigned for clarity and efficiency. Draft and Complete labels have been removed from the Hiring section to reduce visual clutter, and both Hiring and Team are now ordered by latest update date, so the most relevant work surfaces first.
Cancel Subscription Now Available in Client Management Portal
Enterprise administrators can now process subscription cancellations directly through the client management portal, reducing the need for manual intervention and giving clients more autonomy over their accounts.
Client Management Portal UI Update
The client management portal has received a visual refresh, improving layout consistency and making it easier for administrators to navigate and manage accounts at scale.
Owner Reports Now Visible on Lookalike List
The Lookalike list now surfaces the account owner’s reports, giving users a more complete view when building and comparing candidate profiles.
Reliability and Edge Case Fixes
This release also addresses several specific issues:
- An error catcher has been added to the matching score feature to handle edge cases that previously caused failures.
- The messaging shown to Pro users who have exceeded their usage limit has been updated for clarity.
- Users with failed payments now see a dedicated, informative subscription page rather than a generic error state.
